Managements of Bezeq's subsidiaries entering into negotiations with labor unions regarding streamlining processes and organizational changes

Tel Aviv, Israel – November 12, 2018 – Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), announced today that following reports on the examination of the various steps taken by the subsidiaries of the Bezeq Group, the boards of directors of yes, Pelephone and Bezeq International have today approved for each of the managements of the subsidiaries to enter into negotiations with the labor unions in the companies regarding streamlining processes and organizational changes.

The objective of this decision is to ensure the long-term robustness and status of the subsidiaries in the telecommunications industry, in a highly competitive market with strict regulatory restrictions on the companies, and in view of the requirement for high levels of investments in infrastructure and technology.
