August - September 2009	Apax-Saban-Arkin consortium sells approximately 10% of its shares to institutional investors. Holding reduced to 30.6%.
April 2010	Apax-Saban-Arkin consortium sells its controlling stake (30.4% after dilution) in Bezeq to B Communications Ltd.
