Tomer Raved has served as the CEO of BCOM, the previous controlling shareholder of the Bezeq Group, and has been an active director in Bezeq and its subsidiaries from 2020-2023. Previously, Mr. Raved spent a decade as an investment banker at Royal Bank of Canada and at UBS, working with US telecom and technology companies as well as advising global investors on M&A.

Mr. Raved holds a BA in Law and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from NYU Stern.

Mr. David joined Bezeq in 1993 and throughout his years at the Company, has held management positions in the business, consumer and technology & network divisions. In the last four years, he served as VP Business Division.

Mr. David holds a BA in economics and management from the Open University.

Mr. Sigal has 17 years of experience, most of them in the telecom industry. He served as CEO of Golan Telecom and Head of Business Development at Cellcom, as well as VP Marketing and Business Development at Pelephone, yes and Bezeq International, among other.

Mr. Sigal holds a BA in communications and management from the College of Management and an MBA from the Kiryat Ono Academic College.

Mr. Benita has served as CFO of Pelephone and yes from 2022-Mar 2025. In his previous positions, he served as Deputy CEO and CFO at Channel 13, CFO at Alon Blue Square, and held senior financial positions at Zim Integrated Shipping Services.

Mr. Benita is a CPA with an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Haifa.
